Terms and Conditions
- Pay half deposit in advance then pay the rest a few days before the Safari dates.
- Papiro Adventures strongly recommends our customers to acquire insurance covering medical care.
- Tours are escorted by professional English-speaking tour guides or driver guides. Travellers may request a guide who speaks a language other than English at an additional cost.
- Price depends on the choice of accommodation and prevailing exchange rates.
- Children between 0-2 years are free of charge. Children from 3 yrs to 11 yrs pay 75% of the adult rates.
- 12 years and above is recognised as adult in all lodges and hotels.
- Different seasons have different pricing.
- Tour prices do not include visa fees, local departure taxes, excess baggage charges, tipping, and items of personal nature (e.g., drinks, laundry, and telephone calls).
- Changes to Itinerary: Any changes to the itinerary must be communicated at least 3 days prior to the trip. Changes may incur additional costs.
- All hotels and tour schedules are arranged ahead of the travel time, which means:
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- Refund for cancellation will depend on the duration of cancellation prior:
- 30 to 60 days – full refund less USD $40.00 administration fee.
- 14 to 30 days before the tour: 25% of the tour price is non-refundable (75% will be refunded).
- 2 to 14 days before the tour: 40% of the tour price is non-refundable (60% will be refunded).
- Under 2 days and no shows – NO REFUND.
